Unused, unwashed, and with original packaging.

If the issue is from our side (wrong item, wrong size sent, or manufacturing defect):
→ We cover all shipping fees.

If the issue is from the customer’s side (wrong size chosen or item not liked):
→ The customer covers the shipping fees.
